Interim Financial Accountant Cardiff area/hybrid £55,000-£60,000
Responsibilities
* General ledger accounting, with responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the balance sheet and resolving any issues as and when they arise.
* Assisting with the preparation and reporting of management information and providing data insights where appropriate.
* Working with the Financial Controller and other team members to optimise use of current and future technology and assisting with driving efficiencies and improvements in various projects.
Qualifications / Experience
* Professional working experience in a financial reporting role
* ACCA or ACA qualified
* Experienced user of Excel
* Experience using an ERP system
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience of working in large complex businesses
* Strong technical statutory reporting knowledge including VAT and Tax returns
