The Organisational Change Specialist will collaborate with the People Relations Specialist team to provide expert advice, guidance, and insights on all organisational change activities, including individual and collective consultation, TUPE, etc. The role also serves as a subject matter expert in employee relations, actively managing both formal and informal cases. The role ensures that people-related issues arising from organisational change are handled consistently, comply with internal policies, processes, legal requirements, and align with the organisation's risk appetite. Additionally, the role involves horizon scanning for legislative changes impacting organisational change in the UK and internationally.

As our new Organisational Change Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the delivery of organisational change programmes and employee relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation, best practices, and efficiency improvements.
2. Building and leveraging networks to support professional development and provide thought leadership to enhance People policies and business performance.
3. Supporting organisational change initiatives across the UK and internationally, collaborating with project teams to meet milestones.
4. Providing guidance on employee relations during change, managing legal risks, early conciliation, and tribunal claims, and contributing to policy development.
5. Promoting a positive workplace culture, supporting strategic goals, and championing DEI and wellbeing initiatives.
6. Driving risk management by identifying and reporting People-related risks, promoting fair policies, and raising awareness across teams.
7. Fostering personal and team development through coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
8. Managing project spend and using people metrics to inform decisions and improve performance.

* Proven expertise in managing complex organisational change and employee relations, including consultations, TUPE, and high-volume case management.
* Experience in HR thought leadership, process improvement, policy development, GDPR, and employment legislation.
* Data-driven, compliance-focused, with experience using metrics to inform decisions.
* Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to create HR documents and influence stakeholders.
* Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing, with a track record of driving change.
* Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
