To help with their continued growth they are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager with retail / ecommerce / D2C experience to drive acquisition, revenue and optimise ROI.
The successful candidate will execute paid search strategy across Google Ads, Shopping, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms (£multi-million spend). You’ll be responsible for managing a significant annual budget and ensuring that campaigns are high-performing and fully compliant.
The role:
* Manage a significant budget across search, shopping & PMAX
* Develop and implement data-led PPC strategies to improve CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
* Ensure all campaign activity adheres to policy guidelines
* Conduct regular A/B testing on product titles, Images, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
* Manage daily budgets, bid adjustments, audience targeting, and keyword strategies.
* Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
