Accelerate your career as a Graduate Ecologist with Pegasus Group’s 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. This full‑time, permanent role is based in our Edinburgh office and offers unique exposure to biodiversity projects across infrastructure, residential, commercial and renewable energy sectors.
Eligibility
Candidates must hold a relevant degree in Ecology or a related environmental discipline. Due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore we cannot accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. Work‑sponsored visas are required.

* Ability to use your own initiative and think outside the box
Work experience in biodiversity is advantageous but not essential; you will receive on‑the‑job training through our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Ecologist you will work closely with the Biodiversity team to:
* Support a range of ecological projects across multiple sectors
* Manage project aspects in infrastructure, residential, commercial and renewable energy sites
* Provide high‑quality advice and services to clients
* Gain valuable experience and exposure across a spectrum of projects and clients
