Our General Insurance team are currently recruiting for a Solicitor with experience in Personal Injury and RTA to join the Fraud team in Scotland.
The role can be based from either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office, and we offer a hybrid working arrangement on a part time basis. We are happy to discuss flexible working patterns with candidates who wish to apply .

About the role
As a solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring, in conjunction with the partner and associates, that cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
* Working with our valued and long-standing clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice.
* Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
* Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
* Developing your technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practices
About you
Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Post-qualification experience in Personal Injury and/or RTA with litigation experience
* Experience of working within a busy commercial environment, handling a varied caseload
* Strong technical and commercial expertise, including a thorough grasp of principles and case law
* The ability to develop new skills and to use your initiative, with the support of an experienced team
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
