Role Overview
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major, enterprise-wide ERP (SaaS) programme for an international organisation
* Own the full lifecycle: business case, design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live stabilisation
* Deliver core ERP for Finance, HR & Procurement, with Phase 2 expansion into EPM and RPA/AI
* Ensure strong governance, value for money, and a smooth transition for users across the UK & Europe
* Drive ERP standardisation while integrating with complex, safety-critical legacy environments
Key Responsibilities
* Provide overall programme leadership, governance, planning, budget control, and benefits realisation
* Manage system integrators, vendors, and internal teams; act as the commercial lead
* Define target operating models, integration strategy, and standardisation vs customisation decisions
* Lead change, adoption, training, deployment, cutover, and hypercare
* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and Rail Operations
Skills & Experience
* Proven delivery of large (£5m+) ERP programmes using Oracle Fusion or Workday
* Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and regulatory compliance
* Experience in complex, regulated or safety-critical environments (aviation, rail, utilities)
* Deep expertise in programme governance, vendor management, and change management
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills across multinational teams
