We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team, someone who can lead successful software onboarding, strengthen long‑term customer relationships, and drive the adoption of digital, best‑practice workflows across the production industry.
Software Implementation & Rollout
* Support the end‑to‑end onboarding and configuration of new and existing customers.
* Manage rollout plans for new features, updates, and system enhancements.
* Deliver engaging product demos and training sessions (onsite and online).
Customer Relationship Management
* Act as the primary contact for key strategic clients.
* Build trusted relationships across production and corporate teams.
* Lead regular business reviews, focusing on ROI, system adoption, and future opportunities.
* Identify expansion and cross‑sell opportunities that align with customer goals.
* Gather and analyse customer feedback to influence product development.
* Work closely with Product & Engineering teams on enhancements.
* Monitor usage metrics, adoption patterns, and risk indicators.
* Support beta testing and customer evaluation of new features.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
* Manage customer escalations and coordinate effective resolutions.
* Support migrations and major update deployments.
Customer Advocacy & Best Practice
* Promote best‑practice use of Sargent‑Disc tools and digital workflows.
* Develop resources that enhance onboarding and encourage long‑term adoption.
* Support sustainability initiatives by championing low‑carbon, digital‑first processes.
Person Specification
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer or client management.
* Experience in film and/or TV production environments.
* Familiarity with production‑related software (onboarding, payroll, production accounting, etc.).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Confident explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Strong credibility‑building skills and customer focus.
* Data‑driven mindset with good numeracy.
* Confident delivering training and using digital collaboration tools.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Knowledge of Sargent‑Disc products, especially CrewStart and understanding of production accounting workflows
* Experience in stakeholder mapping and running business reviews.
* Foreign language skills (useful for international productions).
