Job Introduction
At Sodexo, we're proud to support the Armed Forces at RAF Brize Norton, and we're looking for a friendly, reliable Inflight Catering Shift Supervisor to help us deliver high-quality service where it really matters.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll work closely with military personnel, ensure aircraft are fully stocked, and play a key part in day-to-day operations.If you're a team player who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
* Load and unload catering equipment and supplies onto aircraft
* Prepare and assemble catering items for flight service
* Operate vehicles on the airfield safely and efficiently
* Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Marshal high-lift vehicles and support airside operations
* Communicate effectively with military personnel
* Support both front and back of house operations - no two days are the same!
* Respond to food and beverage enquiries and special requests
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all catering areas
* Complete daily checklists and compliance documentation accurately
* Assist with basic admin tasks related to operational catering
What you bring:
* Afull UK driving licence- essential
* A friendly, positive attitude with professionalism and respect for others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible and proactive approach to work
* Basic food-handling knowledge is a bonus - butno previous experience is required. Full training will be provided.
