3. Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of police and reform initiatives.
4. Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ongoing projects.
6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to share updates and information.
7. Assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables to ensure objectives are met.
8. Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
9. Handle enquiries and provide timely responses to requests for information.
10. Support the overall secretarial and business support function within the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Police and Reform Coordinator should have:
11. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience in the public sector.
12. Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.

14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
