Job Summary
A compliance professional to lead a team of five analysts, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing escalated queries, and supporting process improvements within a 12‑18 month fixed‑term contract based in Manchester city centre (2 days per week).
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of five compliance analysts, providing daily guidance and support.
* Handle escalated compliance queries and ensure timely resolution.
* Support fellow team leaders with process improvements and strategic advice.
* Prepare and report on progress concerning ongoing compliance issues.
* Maintain high attention to detail, strong communication, and organisational skills throughout all activities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in AML, KYC, and CDD, preferably leading teams.
* Background in law firm or financial services environments.
* Ability to commit to a 12‑18 month fixed‑term contract, commencing within the next month.
* Willingness to work on‑site in Manchester city centre, two days a week.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
