We have an opening forahighcalibre Junior ProjectManager.
This role will supportProductManagers with the successful delivery of IT initiatives tothe differentBusiness Units and Supporting Functions at GroundControl. You will workclosely with the Product Team assisting themwith project scheduling coordinationof delivery andreporting.

What youllachieve;
As a Junior Project Manageryouwill be accountable for:
Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams including engineers designers andthirdpartysuppliers to develop the delivery plan for new productsorenhancements to existing ones.
Developing and forecasting project time andbudgets.
Ensuring project risks are registeredmitigated against and stakeholders arealigned with the projectscope.
Coordinating project meetings and trackrespective actions.
Overseeing all projectrelated documentation and reports.
Takingresponsibility for closure of the project including handovertosupport.
Who were lookingfor
The successful candidate willhave:
Demonstrable experience of coordinatingmeetings tracking actions and risks.
Effective communication skills able to engage stakeholders andprovide clearstatus updates.
Experience ofworking with crossfunctional teams within an organisation ofsimilarsize to Ground Control.
Strong problemsolvingskills and attention to detail.
Strongorganisational skills with the ability to prioritise theirownworkload.
Outcomes focused with the abilityto flex solutions and approach to changingbusinessneeds.
Focus on what is right not who isright.
