Administrator – Construction (Immediate Start)
A very successful and well-established Construction firm with offices across the South East is seeking an Administrator to join their team ASAP.
This is a solid, all-round administrative role, ideal for someone interested in a career in the construction industry.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility available)
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support
Data entry and record maintenance
Raising and processing Purchase Orders (POs)
Using Sage
Hiring and off-hiring plant and equipment
Document control
Liaising with internal teams and suppliers
Requirements:
Previous admin experience within the construction industry (around a year is sufficient) would be great but is not essential.
Strong attention to detail
Confident with data entry and admin systems
Organised and reliable
