We’re recruiting experienced and confident educators to join our supply team, delivering high-quality teaching across a range of vibrant primary schools in Northampton and South Northants (Towcester, Brackley, Daventry).\n\nWhether you're looking to work a few days a week or full-time, this role offers the perfect opportunity to take control of your schedule while making a real impact in the classroom.\n\nYour Role Will Include:\n\nDelivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2\n\nAdapting teaching to suit the needs of all learners in the classroom\n\nManaging behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning atmosphere\n\nCollaborating with school staff to ensure consistency and inclusion\n\n✅ What You’ll Need:\n\nQTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent\n\nExperience teaching in UK primary schools\n\nStrong behaviour management and classroom presence\n\nFlexibility and willingness to travel within Northampton and nearby areas\n\nA current DBS (or willingness to obtain one)\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive daily pay\n\nFull flexibility – you choose your working days!\n\nExperience in a range of schools and classroom settings\n\nOpportunities to develop your CPD, knowledge, and teaching skills\n\nAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
