Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: Knaresborough Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday Salary: Up to £25,000
We are working for a manufacturing business based in Knaresborough that is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Customer Service Administration to join their fun and friendly team.
Responsibilities:• Responding to customer enquires via phone, email and social media • Process sales orders/quotes and updating the CRM Database • Collecting customer payments and quote details• Prepare and analyse customer reports• Handle courier collection/delivery queries and any delays • Adhere to Health & Safety and company policies
Qualifications and Skills:• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to interact confidently at all levels • Experience in a fast-paced customer service role • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
