Position Summary:
He/She will be responsible to support the regional strategy for BU Academy, business growth, curriculum development, digital platform for Middle East region.
Job Location: Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
* Overall responsible for determining and developing Curriculum/Training courses, qualification schemes as per market demand and transform them into digital platform.
* Ensure that all Academy services are promoted and delivered as per the annual business plan.
* Review the budget, forecast and actual for the annual business plans for the region, ensuring appropriate resources are managed and deployed.
* Achieve sales target, operating profit margin as per planning for the Business Unit.
* Ensure compliance to all laid down processes for effective Planning, operations, and control of business in respective of academy and training across the region.
* Support in the development of new training titles/ services as per regional demand.
* Ability to get new product/curriculum development done in the best possible time.
* To ensure that all available resources are properly utilized at optimum levels.
* Ability to translate corporate strategy into operational-level goals.
* Act as a key account manager for all the key clients across the Middle East
* Developing the academy business by visiting clients regularly across the Middle East
Education & Experience:
* Graduate in any faculty ( Engineering degree is preferred )
* Minimum 15 years of total work experience with min 8 years in the field of training and education (Oil & Gas, Industrial Services, Manufacturing & Education)
* Additional qualifications in the field of business administration/training or curriculum development will be preferred.
