The Role: Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a valued client based in Poole, who are looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their growing brand specialist workshop team. Opportunities are available across multiple levels, Vehicle Technicians, and Master Technicians. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician: Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards. Diagnose faults and complete vehicle health checks to identify additional work. Ensure all work is completed efficiently, to a high standard, and documented accurately. Previous experience within a dealership or independent garage environment is advantageous. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair required. A valid UK driving licence is essential. The Package: Salary: Up to £35,000 - £40,000 basic. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm - No Weekends, closed bank holidays and christmas shut down!
