What You'll Be Doing
Processing sales invoices, purchase invoices, and staff expenses
Managing bank reconciliations and daily/weekly transaction reviews
Handling small VAT returns from preparation to submission
Assisting with payroll processing for a range of smaller monthly runs
Supporting month-end routines and broader bookkeeping tasks as needed
What You'll Bring
Experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant, or similar transactional finance role
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with high-volume processing
Good understanding of VAT, expenses, and basic payroll principles
Competency with accounting software (any system considered)
A proactive, organised approach and willingness to pitch in across the team
