Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintain, and repair commercial gas appliances and associated pipework
* Conduct gas testing, purging, and full safety compliance checks
* Respond to reactive breakdowns and complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
* Ensure full compliance with current gas safety legislation and company procedures
* Carry out general building maintenance tasks as required across retail sites
* Maintain accurate service records, certification, and reporting documentation
