Shifts available currently are Monday to Friday Non rotational, either 5am - 1pm or 1pm - 9pm, although some flexibility is needed on these hours to on occasion cover holidays and sickness. Rate of pay: £14.10 - £14.80 per hour dependant on hours worked Enhanced overtime rates are payable after 40 hours worked * All breaks are paid Duties will include * Organising staff rotas and breaks to ensure production targets are met * Liaison between team members and senior management * Mixing, weighing and blending of raw materials * Ensure documentation is completed * Keeping lines supplied with the raw materials they need to operate * Manual handling weights up to 25 kilos *Following SOPs re correct storage of ingredients * Assist in production when required * Assist in hitting daily targets and KPIs * Raise any training issues with HR or the training manager * Maintain a clean as you go area and demonstrate GMP * Focus on attention to detail and maintaining high standards * Support th...
