About Us
Our client are a well-established manufacturing company based in Holton Heath, known for their commitment to quality, precision, and customer satisfaction. We are assisting this company with their search for an experienced CNC Turner (Setter Operator) to join their experienced and friendly team.
The Role
As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components to exact specifications using CNC Lathes. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in Turning who takes pride in their craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
* Set and Operate CNC lathes to machine a variety of components
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Perform routine machine maintenance and checks
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner with experience of Mazak machines running Fanuc
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good time management and ability to work independently
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
