In this pivotal role, you ll bring significant expertise, strong leadership, and a proactive mindset to develop and implement strategies that meet the evolving needs of our buildings and services. You ll oversee budgets, drive strategic planning, and champion health and safety initiativesmaking a real impact on how our estate operates. Key Responsibilities: Oversee FM operations across Bury Council s corporate estate Ensure statutory compliance through testing and certification Manage digital FM platforms and smart building technologies Control revenue and capital budgets for operational sites Support and deliver health and safety strategy across the FM service If you re a strategic thinker with a passion for service improvement and a track record in compliance and leadership, we d love to hear from you. Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
