We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance- Technology to join us in Chelsea, London.
The Senior Manager, Commercial Finance- Technology, will play a key role in driving the commercial finance agenda for Liberty Global- Technology. You will support the tech leadership team to drive revenue and scale, ensure revenue targets are met, plan and manage the end-to-end cost profile of the Liberty Tech cost base, support strategic growth initiatives and independently identify cost, revenue and capex opportunities
This position requires a results-driven individual who can drive commercial initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and financial discipline across the organization.
What will you be doing?
1. Plan and manage end to end cost profile of Liberty Technology and business partner with key technology stakeholders
2. Be a strategic advisor, converting financial data into actionable insights that shape decision-making and drive accountability.
3. Challenge business leaders to uncover cost efficiencies and unlock new commercial opportunities, balancing financial discipline with growth ambitions.
4. Design and embed KPI frameworks to measure functional effectiveness, profitability, and cost efficiency, with a clear link to value creation.
5. Conduct in-depth financial analyses—including variance, trend, and sensitivity analyses—to anticipate risks and optimize business outcomes.
6. Oversee special projects and strategic initiatives, providing commercial and financial guidance
7. Continuously enhance planning, reporting, and forecasting processes, leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve speed, accuracy, and impact.
8. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, challenging existing processes and identifying new ways to create efficiencies and deliver insights.

10. Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of financial performance drivers, contracts, and governance.
11. Proven ability to manage key stakeholders
12. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
13. Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, and commercially led environments, adapting quickly to change while juggling multiple priorities.
14. Skilled in financial modelling and advanced Excel/PowerPoint, with experience using financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Smartview, HFM) and AI tools to drive efficiency.
15. Track record of leading and delivering transformational change projects across functions.
16. Professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent), with experience in commercial finance and FP&A.
