Working nights in SuperCare's first EBD/SEMH home means being the steady hand during the home's most vulnerable hours. The young people are at risk of going missing, may self-harm, or may want to talk about difficult experiences from their past. As a Senior Night Coach, you'll not only support them directly but also be a role model for less experienced colleagues. You'll bring calm, reassurance, and expertise when the night feels unsettled.

*

Solid background supporting young people with self-harm or trauma.

Calm and professional when faced with unsettling disclosures.
*
Able to reassure and guide less experienced staff.
