Permanent contract, 32 hours per week (9am-5pm, 4 days per week with option to pick up the 5th day)
About the Role
We make health happen. As a Receptionist at Bupa, you will support residents, families and staff by acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and new enquiries. You will provide advice and support face‑to‑face and over the phone, conduct show‑arounds within the care home, and assist the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing. You will also manage enquiries in a timely manner and ensure that daily and weekly tasks are completed.

Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
You have experience as a Receptionist and have provided excellent customer service. You have a friendly manner both face‑to‑face and over the phone, are approachable, organised, and able to build strong relationships with residents, their families and internal teams. You are dedicated, efficient, and able to handle a varied workload; your caring attitude underpins everything you do, and you want to make a real difference to people’s lives.
