Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Reading, UK (On-site) Experience: 04 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and building long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services Conduct market research to identify trends and potential leads Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and demos Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate sales pipeline data Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, delivery, marketing) to meet client needs Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing discussions Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of sales, business development, or recruitment industry (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Good organizational and time management skills Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in B2B sales / IT recruitment / staffing industry Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Exposure to UK market or international sales Understanding of lead generation tools and techniques What We Offer Competitive base salary attractive incentive structure Training and mentorship for freshers Clear career progression path into senior sales roles Opportunity to work with global clients Dynamic and collaborative work environment Who Should Apply Fresh graduates looking to start a career in sales/business development Candidates with up to 4 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles Individuals who are confident, persuasive, and eager to grow
