What are we looking for.
You will have previous experience working at a supervisory level in a Social Care environment alongside:
Proven track record working at Team Leader level or above in a similar environment
Experience in delivering excellent person-centred care
Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and completion of the Care Certificate
Extensive knowledge and understanding of care plans
Knowledge of CQC legislations and requirements
Strong communication skills
