The Acorns Care Home is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our existing Nursing team to help provide and supervise the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents. You must have current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. You must have 2 years post qualification experience. You must have up to date knowledge of clinical practices and a strong understanding of the CQC and regulatory requirements and framework. You must also have an awareness of the clinical policy framework, DoLS/ MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Experience of producing well developed care plans, undertaking risk assessments and clinical team working is essential. Experience within an older person setting would be beneficial. You must have full right to work in the UK without sponsorship. Responsibilities will include reporting to the Home Manger and Deputy Manager, you will be expected to maintain professional and clinical standards. Build and maintain relationships with residents, NHS stakeholders and other members of the team and support network.
