We’re a clean energy recruitment firm partnering with some of the most exciting and impactful organisations in clean energy, renewables, and sustainability; solar, wind, new nuclear / SMR. We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect these mission-led businesses with the people they need to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating Opportunities: You’ll be the first point of contact for our future clients. You’ll be introducing them to how we support their growth with a recruitment partnership built on trust and deep sector knowledge.
* Building Relationships: Through phone, email, LinkedIn, you’ll engage with hiring managers and decision-makers across clean energy projects, uncovering their challenges and helping open the door to long-term collaboration.
* Collaborating With Consultants: You’ll work closely with our delivery team to ensure every meeting you book is high-value, relevant, and aligned to our ICP.
* Contributing to a Bigger Mission: Everything you do supports clean energy businesses as they build teams that are transforming our planet.

Position: Business Development Consultant
Location: Wimbledon, Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 2 days from home. Friday self driven.
