About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Ashford Godinton, rated Good by Ofsted, is a beautiful purpose-built nursery located within the secure grounds of Godinton Primary School, accommodating 108 children. Our facility features six spacious rooms, each tailored to specific age groups, with secure outdoor environments. We have a large, longstanding team dedicated to providing children with the best start in life and maintain a strong relationship with the local school. Located in the Godinton estate with convenient transport links and free staff parking, we offer flexible working days to support educators.

Role Responsibilities


What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner

* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support children’s development.
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development and care needs, building strong family connections.


Required Qualifications


What We’re Looking For

* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
* Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
* Good communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities
