Description Senior Marketing Operations Executive About the Role This role will support the Fanatics International Marketing and Studio team through establishing strong planning and organisation processes. Reporting into the Vice-President Marketing and working across the Marketing organisation, our new Senior Marketing Operations Executive will ensure our marketing team is organised planned and operating within budgets. Key Responsibilities Oversee, manage and execute against overall projects and maintain project list and proactively communicate status Improve current processes and coordinate organisational procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity Support International Marketing team in management of Marketing Activation calendar Organisation of team milestones/meetings, town halls and newsletters Provides proactive and clear communication on behalf of operations to wider marketing team and senior leadership Act as the office liaison with various internal & external parties to ensure one source of information and ensure information is communicated to all relevant parties Manage Marketing & Studio budget tracking and work with Finance business partners to support overall cost management and analysis. Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner per contract payment schedule Support planning and coordination efforts for key leadership visits, team summits, external visits and be a key partner to leadership team when activations occur Oversee Culture Marketing office spaces and storage areas and work closely in coordination with Workplaces, Health and Safety and Security to ensure space considerations are met and office is running efficiently Key Relationships Marketing Brand Activation, Fanatics Studio, Product Design, Finance, President’s Office Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Diligent with excellent organisational skills Ability to prioritise and oversee multiple projects in a fast-pace environment Driven to succeed and deliver against expectations Project management skills and an ability to work well in a team environment Understanding of and passion for fashion/streetwear/sport preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both alone and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.) Fluent English, additional languages are very useful Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications University degree or equivalent At least 6 years of career work experience in related area (agency or company) Experience working in an international environment and/or an additional language is an asset.
