Hays' client is embarking on an exciting journey to implement a new large-scale system. We are seeking a senior change manager to lead this transformative project and ensure its successful implementation across the organisation. In this role, you will:
1. Lead the change management strategy for the system implementation project.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
3. Develop and executeprehensive change management plans, includingmunication, training, and support strategies.
4. Implement change methodologies to ensure a smooth transition.
5. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the change process.
6. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What You'll Need to Succeed
8. Proven experience in leading change management for enterprise change initiatives, particularly with large-scale system implementations.
9. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
