You’ll create detailed drawings and specifications, keeping your skills sharp with hands-on design work.\n\nOversee external design consultancies and guide junior staff, expanding your leadership experience. You’ll also work closely with project managers and site teams, giving you a wider view of how designs are realised on the ground.\n\nSupport procurement and liaise with suppliers, giving you insight into the commercial side of projects.
And by mentoring junior staff, you’ll help shape the next generation of engineers while building your own coaching skills.\n\nWhat you'll need\n\n * Mechanical Engineering or Building Services qualification (HNC, HND or degree)\n\n * Experience in fast-track CAT A and CAT B design and build fit-out projects\n\n * Proficient in AutoCAD, with experience in IES, Hevacomp and design calculations\n\nAbout the company\n\nThe company delivers integrated MEP solutions across commercial, residential and hospitality fit-outs.
