Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out & Roofing Contractor
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Sevenoaks.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a stable and growing business that values long-term commitment and development. The role will see you involved in Cat A and Cat B fit-out schemes, as well as roofing and refurbishment projects, managing all commercial and contractual aspects from tender through to completion.
You'll also have the chance to take on estimating responsibilities, working closely with senior management to support bids and pricing for upcoming works.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage multiple projects ranging in value from £10k to £3m
2. Oversee all commercial functions, including procurement, valuations, and final accounts
