Job Title: Building Services Contracts Manager\nSalary: Between £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + extensive university benefits\nContract Type: Permanent, Full-Time\n\nJob Purpose:The Building Services Contracts Manager will be responsible for the effective procurement, management, and performance monitoring of building services contracts across the University's estate. This includes mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, university policies, and best practice standards. They want someone to come in and motivate and support the team.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nContract Management :Lead the procurement, negotiation, and administration of building services contracts, ensuring value for money, legal compliance, and high service standards.\nPerformance Monitoring: Develop and implement KPIs and SLAs for contractors.
