Do you love working with SAGE then get in touch, my client is looking for an experienced payroll administrator to join the business on a 12-month FTC.
My client is a leading manufacturer in the FMCG industry.
They urgently need an experienced payroll administrator to join the business at their head office in West Yorkshire on a 12-month fixed-term contract to start asap.
Reporting into the Head of HR (Support Services) you will be responsible for providing an effective payroll service to the company, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employees’ salaries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and process all fortnightly, four weekly and monthly paid employee salaries
* Accurately maintain the employee database
* Process new starters, leavers and changes in salary entitlements
* Prepare and process HMRC reports
* Ensure HMRC guidelines are met and the correct tax codes are used
* Work closely with wider HR team
* Liaise with pension providers to set up auto-enrolment accurately
* Process expense claims
What you will need for the role / what it will take
* Proven experience gained working in a similar Payroll environment
* Knowledge of pensions auto-enrolment and payroll legislation
* Experience of SAGE 50 Payroll
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
* Numerate and detail orientated
