Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a knack for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of our properties while ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximising occupancy rates.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and lease administration.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
* Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative tasks using property management software such as Yardi.
* Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including upselling available units and promoting property features.
* Collaborate with maintenance staff to address repairs and upkeep of the properties efficiently.
* Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant feedback for management review.
Requirements
* Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
* Strong office experience with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability in data entry and administrative functions.
* Exceptional phone etiquette with strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with tenants and staff.
* Experience in upselling services or units is a plus.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
