We are seeking a highly organised and passionate Events Manager to join our team in Christchurch, United Kingdom. This is a full-time position for a creative individual who thrives on bringing ambitious concepts to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events, ensuring every detail is managed to perfection and exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities * Manage the entire event lifecycle from initial concept and planning through to on-site execution and post-event analysis. * Develop and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters. * Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision and requirements, building strong and lasting relationships. * Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues. * Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, staffing, and technical requirements. * Lead on-site event management to ensure a seamless and successful execution. * Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive event branding and promotion. * Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications and Experience * Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed events. * Exceptional organisational and project management skills. * Strong financial acumen with experience in budget creation and management. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. * The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure. * A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail. * Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
