Do you know your EGR valve from your DPF? Are you an experienced Service Advisor in the motor industry – maybe even a former mechanic? If so, you could be our new Vehicle Customer Service & Parts Advisor.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where you'll be the key link between customers and our workshop. From booking services and sourcing parts to explaining repairs and keeping jobs on track, you'll use your technical know-how and multitasking skills to deliver a smooth, professional service every time.

About the role…
You'll be a key part of our service reception team, responsible for:
* Dealing with customer enquiries and offering advice
* Making MOT, service & repair appointments
* Preparing accurate quotations
* Checking in and handing over vehicles
* Building jobs and ordering the necessary parts
* Updating customers on the status of their vehicle
* Invoicing completed work and taking payments
* Explaining repairs in a clear and simple way
* Answering the telephone
* Accepting & recording deliveries and returns
* Opening and closing the premises when required
What we're looking for…
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the motor industry, vehicles, parts & mechanics
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role – ex-mechanics very welcome
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues simply
* Previous customer-facing experience
* Professional, helpful, and courteous manner
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Ability to multitask effectively and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Computer literacy (full training on our systems provided)
* English & Maths GCSE or equivalent
* Full UK driving licence
