The Role
* Managing high-quality litigation matters within a large and established Recoveries team
* Handling debt recovery, commercial litigation, and insolvency matters
* Acting for a diverse client base, including commercial clients, utility companies, debt purchasers, and local authorities
* Working collaboratively within a team of over 95 fee earners
* Delivering exceptional client service across regional, national, and multi-national clients
* Contributing to a strong reputation built on recommendations and referrals
* Supporting the continued growth and success of the department

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters
* Handling debt recovery claims from instruction to resolution
* Advising on commercial litigation and insolvency matters
* Delivering practical and commercially focused advice
* Maintaining excellent client relationships
* Working collaboratively to achieve team and departmental targets
* Upholding high standards of professionalism and client care
* Contributing to innovative and efficient working practices
