Overview
Equans is recruiting for a Weekend Security Supervisor to be based in Mithras Halls of Residence, Lewes Road, Brighton, BN2 4QX. This is a permanent part‑time role working 24 hours per week. Salary £18,328.00 per annum plus a benefits package.
Shift Pattern
Saturday + Sunday 7am‑7pm
Responsibilities
The Security Supervisor is responsible for the security team, providing security integrity for the Mithras Halls student accommodation campus, which accommodates 804 residents. Duties include ensuring guard, patrol and protection of buildings in accordance with assignment instructions.

Qualifications
* SIA / CCTV licence
* Excellent knowledge and working experience in a high‑profile security industry, customer‑focused environment
* High‑level client/customer focused approach and professional representation of the company
* Knowledge of public safety and security
* Ability to work with confidential and classified information
* Knowledge of standard security and safety protocols
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team
* Quick thinking and problem‑solving skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in high‑pressure environments
* Working knowledge of relevant computer applications
* Team‑player with a positive attitude
* Personal presentation at ambitious standards
