Due to continued expansion in the North East, they are looking to appoint a competent Fire Risk Assessor to join their team covering Newcastle and surrounding areas. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments in line with current UK legislation and guidance, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out Fire Risk Assessments across a range of premises including residential blocks, HMOs, offices, retail, healthcare, and education settings Identifying fire hazards, evaluating risk, and recommending practical control measures Producing clear, detailed, and legally compliant fire risk assessment reports Providing fire safety advice to clients and supporting them in achieving compliance Liaising with responsible persons, property managers, contractors, and enforcing authorities where required Keeping up to date with fire safety legislation, standards, and industry best practice Supporting re-inspections and follow-up visits where necessary About You...
