Maintenance Operative
Location: Carlisle
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Hourly Rate: £13-£14/Hr. DOE
We’re recruiting for a maintenance operative on behalf of a well-established client in North Carlisle. This is a labour-intensive role in a workshop environment, ensuring facilities remain safe, clean, and fully operational.

Key responsibilities may include:
5. Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
6. Assist with landscaping duties, bin emptying and litter collection
7. Work with external contractors when specialist work is required
8. Ensure all tasks are completed in line with health and safety regulations
About you:
9. Strong problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
10. Reliable, hardworking and able to manage your own workload
11. Confident communicating with tenants, colleagues and contractors
12. Able to work independently as well as part of a team
13. Full UK driving license required
