Duties
* Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives.
* Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
* Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
* Analyse performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
* Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to enhance posts and increase engagement.
* Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.
Experience
* Proven experience in public relations or social media management is essential.
* Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
* Experience in using social media analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy.
* Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
