As a Senior Digital Media Manager at ICP, embedded within Client’s Content Supply Chain (CSC) team, you will play a key role in shaping digital media strategies and expanding the department by onboarding new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Account and Campaign Management
* Overall responsibility for paid digital media activity, including managing the budgets, phasing, execution, optimisation and reporting.
* Plan and execute digital campaigns in collaboration with client teams, leveraging social, programmatic, e-retailer, and paid search channels to meet business objectives.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns to achieve performance goals.
* Stay abreast of industry and platform developments, testing opportunities, and innovative solutions or automations to maintain a market-leading digital media presence.
Person Profile
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience in digital media, working for a media agency, media owner or client.
* Familiar with current digital media best practices.
* The ability to collate and define actionable insights and recommendations from multiple sources.
* Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and vendors alike.
* Proven success in delivering results across multi-market performance campaigns, and cross-department collaboration.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including confident presentation and written abilities.
* Hands-on experience with one or more of the common digital marketing platforms, such as:
* Programmatic DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, e-retailer platforms.
* Social Platforms: Meta, TikTok, and others.
* Search Platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads.
Desired Skills
* Experience with client’s foundational platforms - Workfront, Adobe AEM, Fadel.
* GMP, e-commerce, Meta certifications.
