Responsibilities
* Analyze and evaluate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Develop and execute financial models to support client decision-making, including valuation, pro-forma modeling, and discounted cash flow analysis.
* Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
* Support financial capital forecasting and short-term cash flow planning.
* Prepare and interpret financial reports and client-ready presentation materials.
* Assess operational efficiency and overhead cost structures.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement financial strategies and process improvements.
Qualifications
* Strong educational background – Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or similar (Masters would be an advantage)
* Demonstrated experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
* Strong financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience within a large organization.
* Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
* Proficiency in financial forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong initiative and ability to work independently on project components.
* Team-oriented and accountable.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience or exposure to financial and capital planning in the healthcare industry (not required, but would be an advantage).
