This position is ideally suited for experienced Level 3 Service and Diagnostic Technicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality repairs and diagnostics across multiple vehicle brands. Benefits:
1. Up to £40,000 basic salary with the potential to earn up to £46,000 OTE including bonuses
2. Working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, 6am to 6pm

Duties:
6. Carrying out routine servicing to manufacturers' standards across various brands
7. Diagnosing complex faults and performing advanced mechanical repairs
8. Supporting workshop team with complex repairs and diagnostics as required
9. Ensuring all work meets quality standards and is completed efficiently
10. Recording repair and diagnostic information accurately in line with workshop procedures
Requirements:
11. Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in automotive servicing or diagnostics
12. Proven experience in servicing, diagnostics, and large repairs
13. Confident working independently with a keen eye for detail
14. Full UK driving licence; MOT qualification is advantageous but not essential
15. Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to repairs
