Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Land and New Homes Coordinator in our Head office. The salary package on offer is 35,000 OTE.
Responsibilities
* Represents our business to a high standard when with clients in the office or out on viewings.
* Liaising with offices and developers to organise site visits and viewings.
* Effective at registering clients, booking viewings, attending open days and collecting constructive feedback to relay to our developers.
* Has the ability and confidence to call out to applicants registered on our database to secure viewings for our new home sites.
* To learn and understand the marketing and processes we follow as support maybe needed in other areas of the department occasionally.
* Consistently achieves targets expected.
* Identifies referral opportunities.
Qualifications and qualities
* You will need to be organised, methodical and efficient.
* A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships and work closely with all types of people and businesses; from sales to co-ordination, developers to clients and more!
* Superb time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills—proactive and able to use your initiative.
