Description Community Tech Coach | 10235 | Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2028 | 37 hours per week | £34,434 to £36,363 per annum (Scale H) | Countywide Make a real difference in your community Are you passionate about helping people build the skills and confidence they need in today’s digital world? We are looking for Community Tech Coaches to join our Tech Skills for Life team. As a Community Tech Coach, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals and families across Norfolk who may be digitally excluded, helping them obtain access to devices, get online safely and confidently, access the services that matter most. You’ll work directly in local communities following our “Trusted Person, Trusted Place” approach, building relationships, delivering tailored support, and empowering people to improve their life, health, and employment opportunities. This is a hands‑on role where every conversation, every session, and every bit of encouragement can create meaningful change. Partnership collaboration will be key and therefore they will need to liaise with a diverse range of internal and external partners, including Health colleagues, District Councils, VCSE, and local community organisations, to promote digital literacy to ensure a coordinated, inclusive service. The role requires flexibility around work location. The service is expanding to cover the whole of Norfolk so delivery will primarily be based in and around Norwich, Broadland, South Norfolk and Breckland, although this may change to respond to community and service needs.
