The Bid Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and securing high-quality, profitable bids from opportunity stage through to formal tender submission and internal Handover. This role is central to the initial customer experience. Leading external client communications, overseeing the tender process, allocating works packages to the estimating team, coordinating input from the Technical, Operations, Commercial and Finance teams, and managing vendor and subcontractor quotations. The aim is to ensure that every bid is:

The Bid Manager is a key contributor to building a sustainable order book with the “right work at the right price”, supporting both the current business and the next generation development of people, systems, and processes across the group.
