Job Role Overview
This is a management role responsible for overseeing the contract operations, liaising with clients to ensure customer satisfaction with food and service, and managing recruitment, training, and motivation of your team.
You will manage budgets, complete weekly reports and stock counts, and ensure your team achieves GP and budget targets. This requires strong planning, organisational skills, in-depth knowledge of contract catering for accurate forecasting, and a commitment to delivering innovative food and service daily, which distinguishes Bartlett Mitchell from other caterers.
Responsibilities and Expectations
* Maintain high standards in hygiene, food safety, and compliance.
* Brief and support your team, incorporating our foodie values into the site.
* Produce outstanding, seasonal, balanced, and nutritious menus inspired by quality ingredients.
* Engage with customers regularly to measure success, gather inspiration, and maximize sales through our concepts and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideally, you will be educated to a City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ, or have equivalent skills and experience. A Food Safety qualification at Level 3 and Health & Safety at Level 2 are required. You should have a thorough knowledge of Food Safety Management System requirements and COSHH.
